This 1:1 offering is for those who have been feeling grief, ptsd, and avoidant of their traumatic experiences and want to have a safe space to slow down and process what is stuck in the body, move energy, and heal inner wounds. It’s a co-creation and partnership of deep trust for feeling, awareness, and intention to bring in more self-connection, self-acceptance, and self-allowance.
