A Morning Journaling Ritual for Gratitude & Manifestation

Here’s a simple, grounding ritual I’ve been doing every morning to get out of my head and into my body. Some may know it as the 10/10/10 journal prompt! It’s an easy way to center myself, stay present, and connect with what brings me joy, pleasure, and bring in my desires. This practice not only opens up my own awareness but also helps manifest my intentions.

If you’d like to try it, grab a pen and paper, and write down:

CURRENTLY (What are you doing? - presence practice)

FEELING (How are you feeling? - emotional awareness practice)



GRATITUDE (10 things you’re grateful for)

PLEASURE (10 things that bring joy and pleasure)

DESIRE (10 things you desire and want to call in)
