Cap Hill Vibes

The weather has been perfect in the PNW. What better way to spend a beautiful day, than in Capitol Hill? I'm in love with the Seattle art scene because it's filled with grunge fashion, street art, and beautiful people.

My Lumix G7 was hanging from my neck and I was dying to do some candid street photography. Let me tell you, I was nervous as hell to point my camera at randoms. I didn't want to get confronted or have someone break my camera because I was invading their privacy. Once I saw another gal shooting around, it gave me a little more confidence. I got some decent shots of people's outfits and was content. I gave my little bro, Toby, a chance to do the same and he got some really cool shots too. It was amazing to see what he photographed. He has an eye for photography and you can check out his Instagram here.

Doing street photography is something I would definitely do again. I've been inspired by the instagrams, beyondthemannequin and yungdanilo. Make sure to check them out. I can't wait to go back to Cap Hill to visit little shops and people watch again.

Until my next post...
