Reiki HEALING (Only offering virtual sessions)

Reiki is the Japanese word for life force energy. In Sanskrit it’s prana and in Chinese it’s chi. Reiki is healing of the subtle body. This light healing modality uses the power of intuition and touch to get those into a meditative state. The space is created so that what needs to come up and surface will; physical, emotional, and mental. By having light touch on the body and hand placement in one’s auric field, healing will go where it needs to.

Reiki Infused Yoga

Yin Yoga is a style of yoga that is slow-paced style with asanas that are held for longer periods of time so you can feel what is going on in the body. Yin means feminine. It is feminine to feel and flow. This practice provides a space for processing of stagnant energy which lives inside the body. Providing reiki during these longer poses allows people to release emotions that they have stored. Practicing reiki yoga is safe place where vulnerability is allowed.

Healing Circle

Healing circles are the perfect place to express what is going on deep inside of your mind and body. The spaces are set up with meditation, movement, and conversation. It is okay to feel. That is how we heal. Talking about what no longer serves us can be a beautiful release. This safe container allows you to be your authentic self with no judgment.
