2. Light Blanket

4. Altar items — crystals, photos, sacred items

Please come for yoga, but stay for heart connection. My grandmother will be around afterwards to share her handmade meditation cushions and mats. You’ll get the opportunity to meet the matriarch of the family and learn about lineage of Cambodia and how I’ve connected it to Yoga.
